La Chouffe Blanche Wit Wheat beer 6.5% abv A slightly cloudy, golden coloured, full-bodied wheat beer with a wonderful fresh flavour and a rich, slightly cistrusy aroma.

A white (wheat) beer that uses both Barley Malts and Wheat Oats. This wheat and oats gives the beer its pale, cloudy colour. It is not filtered. As a result, the beer is slightly sweet and fruity with the aroma and taste of coriander and orange peel.

This traditional Witbier (Wheat beer) has been developed in cooperation with Master Brewer Pierre Celis, the Godfather of Hoegaarden and Celis White. This beer as well has a second fermentation in the bottle, giving this beer its specific taste (5.5% alcohol content).
